You can fix the Xerox Printer Offline error by following these steps. Deactivate SNMP in the printer port settings first. Further, select the Start button located in the lower-left corner of your screen. Moreover, choose Devices & Printers under the Control Panel. Additionally, you can select printer properties after right-clicking on the printer in question. Then, select the Ports tab at the top. Now, click the Configure Port button after choosing the port you want to use. Finally, click OK after unchecking the SNMP status enabled box.
